Teaching

I like teaching, considering it a kind of mission to spread the "fascinating news" in the domains of my research interests. I also appreciate the feedback, especially from motivated and active students. In addition, it is a challenge for me to be involved in our joint Middle-European Interdisciplinary Master Programme in Cognitive Science (MEiCogSci) that is taught in English.

Winter:

• 2-IKVa-115 Introduction to computational intelligence - conceptual introduction for master students in cognitive science (in English)
• 2-IKVa-239/22 Deep Learning and Cognition - for visiting students of cognitive science during mobility (in English)

Summer:

• 2-AIN-132 Neural networks - primarily for master students in (applied) informatics and cognitive science, but also bachelors can take this course
• 2-IKV-921 Master thesis seminar - for 2nd year students in cognitive science
